Dryrobe does $6M+ a year.
Their emails don't look like it.
I got one in my inbox, and honestly — the copy was solid. The product is beautiful. But the design was doing them dirty.
So instead of just talking about what was wrong, I went ahead and redesigned it from scratch.
Here's what I changed and why:
✓ Hero section — put the product front and center with a CTA above the fold
✓ Features section — made it skimmable instead of a wall of text
✓ Product section — separated long sleeve and short sleeve with their own CTAs
✓ Footer — rebuilt it to actually match their brand
The original email had everything it needed. It just wasn't being presented well.
That's the difference between an email that gets ignored and one that converts.
